GRAND HOTEL ADRIATIC – OPATIJA

- reconstruction and re-categorization of an older building of the existing hotel into category 4*, project management, elaboration of interior design project for the accommodation part of the building, supervision

Project of the interior design includes accommodation part of the building A1 with 166 rooms and 7 apartments. WELNESS CENTRE designed on the 8^th and 9^th floor of the Hotel, total surface 600m². 

HOTEL PALACE – ZAGREB

-  investment realized in 2003/2004

-  project management of the adaptation works in the accommodation part on 3^rd and 4^th floor (rooms) rated 4* and the technical services part of the building (completely redefined function and position of new hotel kitchen, also enabling food production for the market,  2000 meals a day capacity )

- reconstruction of the hotel wing named FIKUS, 72 rooms, for re-categorization in 4* rating, project management, interior design, supervision
