PROJECT MANAGEMENT

 

On behalf of the Investor, QUADRACON organizes and performs either by itself or with associates, the complete management of investment projects.

 

The competence of QUADRACON is based on experience, diverse areas of knowledge, specific characteristics and skills, cooperation with the best experts in the specific business issues and operation in compliance with international project management standards.

 

Project management consists of a series of activities in the project realization which imply the provision of creative concept, physical planning & quality issues, time schedule & cost planning; which have to be further realized fully or to the highest possible extent in compliance with the project objectives, set for the investment project by the entrepreneur i.e. the Investor.

 

PROJECT MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES

planning, organization, monitoring and control of all aspects of the project in the given period and within the planned costs according to the specifications.

 

1. preparation and planning of operations related to project development and construction, and monitoring of the plan implementation 

 

2. definition of risk in project development aimed at maximizing efficiency and work quality

 

3. drafting of approximate budget and follow-up of its realization in the preliminary phase of project development


4. drafting of  frame time-schedule for the project realization


5. provision of all documents and stipulation of all legal deeds needed for the issuance of official acts enabling the implementation of physical planning documents, construction of buildings and their respective use.


6. organization of elaboration / elaboration and provision of official acts, analysis, studies, surveys and other documents necessary for design work.

 

7. selection of designers, project inspectors-revidents, geodesists, supervising engineer, contractors, equipment suppliers and other specialized staff involved in the preparation works and construction of buildings. 

 

8. organization and release of tender / collection of bids, tender analysis - price comparison list, negotiations, placing suggestion for all services, execution of the works, delivery and installation of equipment etc.


9. drawing of contract draft jointly with technical participants in project preparation and realization 

 

10. definition of project budget – elaboration and compliance of all elements in accordance with the frame budget


11. cost control / budgeting


12. coordination of all participants in the development process – project realization


13. provision of certificate of occupancy, categorization (hotels and tourist resorts) and other documents necessary for the use of the project (building) and for the takeover of the building/buildings to the Investor


14. follow-up of the completed buildings in the warranty period
