SUPERVISION
Within the scope of its overall business activities, QUADRACON offers services of supervision over the execution of the works, which besides mandatory professional supervision prescribed by Law, also include control of the fulfilment of Contractor's contract obligations towards the Investor and undertaking of appropriate measures for the realisation of these liabilities.
- supervision over the construction ensuring the compliance with the permit, Law and special regulations
- supervision over the implementation and fulfilment of essential requirements of mechanical resistance and stability
- supervision over the implementation and fulfilment of key requirements in energy saving and thermal insulation issues
- control over the use of the funds according to the Contract, in terms of their intended use, time schedule and amount
- control over the fulfilment of agreed deadlines by the contractors
- control over the quality of work, to comply with project documentation and regulations
- participates in the technical inspection and takeover of the building to the Investor
